"Today was a nice day. My mom realized in the morning that her research paper was due that night. She thought it was due next Sunday. She worked hard and finished it and then we went for a walk."

"Today was a good day. We had a lazy morning and then my mom left to go eat lunch with friends. I hung out with dad and then we went out to pick up a few items. Luckily we got home before the big storm got really bad. We just snuggled in and spend time together."

"Today was a fun day. I went to a picnic at my school and a UH/Rice baseball game. I am an Aggie because of my mon and Cougar fan because of my dad. My parents said they won't pay for me to go to UT:) I had a lot of fun, but it was cold. We had to leave early because it was windy and cold."

April 16 - 17, 2013

"My mommy doesn't like to talk about it because she thinks she will jinx it, but I am a good sleeper. I have been sleeping through the night starting around 1 month and haven't looked back. I have an easy night time routine that my parents enjoy. I go to sleep around 10:00 every night and wake up around 6:15. This morning, I woke up around 5:45, but my mommy pulled me into bed with her and I fell back to sleep until 6:20. She really loves these moments."

"My mommy is getting better at getting me to laugh. She takes a bunch of pictures of me and sometimes can't pick just one. She makes silly faces at me. I had a great day and just played and slept. My mom is going to buy me some books at the school book fair. I don't think I have a choice: I am going to love to read."
